Agriland Finance is the financial empowerment arm of AGRILAND Africa. We manage an Agricultural Transformation Fund that is aimed at extending concessionary loans to small scale farmers for the purpose of maximizing the economic sustainability of agricultural farming. This Agricultural Transformation fund proposes an innovative approach for attracting much needed capital to the small scale farmers who are neglected and particularly to the segments of agribusiness value chains.

The fund offers blended capital and provides technical assistance to investees through a dedicated facility where AGRILAND Africa provides loans and equity investments adapted to the needs of individual small scale farmers, farmers' organizations, agri-preneurs, rural SMEs and other rural financial institutions.

It particularly targets commercially viable agro ventures that can help create employment and improve rural livelihoods. The fund also prioritizes climate-smart projects that promote sustainable agriculture.
